Additionally, her experience working in a medical visiting nurse agency, across various departments, has provided her with valuable clinical insight and a deeper understanding of comprehensive care needs for seniors and individuals with disabilities.

With her compassionate and client-centered approach, Xiomara is committed to providing exceptional care to seniors across Fairfield and New Haven Counties. Recognizing the unique challenges faced by individuals with Dementia and Alzheimer’s, she partners with Second Wind to ensure her team is equipped to offer specialized, empathetic support. As part of this partnership, Care Connect, LLC offers the Virtual Dementia Tour free of charge, giving families, caregivers, and first responders a unique opportunity to understand the daily experiences of those living with dementia, fostering greater empathy and understanding in caregiving.
