Whatever your care needs, you have found the right agency! My experience with the staff at Care Connect has been all positive as they have cared for my special needs Aunt for over 4 years now. The caregivers are kind, compassionate and caring, as well as respectful and responsive to any needs that arise or questions I may have. They go out of their way to make her feel special when she is reliant and not able to care for herself which is very important. They have become her family which means so much to us all. Their professionalism and dedication has impressed me and we are very lucky to be working with them. I highly recommend the Care Connect for any of your care needs.

I highly recommend care connect . They are Professional Caretakers. They are a caring and compassionate group of caregivers . They have dealt with my Mother for many months and she feels safe and cared for during all the times we have used them on occasion when we were unable to be with her. They are trustworthy, reliable, competent and will work with the Family to meet the needs in every way with courtesy, timeliness and efficiency.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. I was having a hard time finding an equipment for mom and in passing mentioned it to them. Before I knew it they called me to say they found one. They went out of their way to make mom comfortable and that means more to me then they will ever know.
